The Anticipation is Worth the Wait

In my short-term rental, I have a dozen or so signs hanging about the place. They all begin with "Dear Guest."

So, here we go...

Dear Reader. You are amazing and wonderful and I appreciate you. If you are one of the amazing folks who ordered the Benton Security Services series box set and received an email from Amazon telling you that the pre-order had been canceled, never fear. The box set is still a "go" - just not for a release date of 8/31. As a result, you will need to re-order it.

Life happens. I'm a "bite off more than I can chew" kind of gal. I somehow think I can garden over an acre of land, raise kids, renovate another rental property AND write a book all at the same time. And I'm here to tell you, that is simply not possible.

Shane, you sexy beast!

That said, I have around five chapters left to finish Broken Code. The new release date for Broken Code is set for September 26th, and soon after that, if not the same day, I will have the omnibus ready to go. I apologize for the delays on both Broken Code and the box set, but as I mentioned, life happens. All I can do is roll with it and get the book done as quickly as is humanly possible.

Thirty days. Tick tock! It will be here before you know it.

Shane and Lila are keeping it hot around here. And damn, it is a scorcher!

The anticipation is worth the wait!
